Each website package includes 2 revisions:
1st Revision – Initial Revision: Customers may submit their complete list of requested changes, from the top to the bottom of the website.
2nd Revision – Final Revision: Customers may review the updated website and submit their final requested changes.
After the 2 included revisions:
• 3rd Revision: $299 additional fee
• 4th Revision: $499 additional fee
• 5th Revision or more: Customer must contact their Website Design Agent for additional pricing and approval.
Please carefully review the website and provide all requested changes during the two included revision opportunities. Any revisions requested after the second revision are subject to the additional fees listed above.

YOUR MONTHLY SERVICES INCLUDES REGULAR WEBSITE UPDATES, CONTENT CHANGES, ADD-ON'S, MAINTENANCE, AND ANY OTHER MINOR MODIFICATIONS NEEDED TO KEEP YOUR WEBSITE RUNNING SMOOTHLY.

BOOK & JOURNAL PUBLISHING CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once design, formatting, or publishing services have begun, cancellation fees apply as follows:
1: Book or Journal: $499 cancellation fee.
2: Books and/or Journals: $899 cancellation fee if one project has been submitted/completed while the other remains in progress.
3: Or More Books and/or Journals: $1,500 cancellation fee if the client cancels after approximately half of the projects have been completed or submitted.
These fees cover design, formatting, preparation, administrative work, and other services already performed. By proceeding with the project, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.

AI MARKETING CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all marketing fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a client cancels after their marketing campaign or any portion of the marketing project has been published, including advertisements, promotional content, or other marketing materials, a $1,000 cancellation fee will apply.
This fee applies even if the project is only partially completed, as published marketing materials may already be active online, generating exposure, leads, sales, or other business opportunities.
By purchasing our AI Marketing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
